I need a compact, windshield-ready car mount that secures any modern smartphone with a dependable suction cup. The grip must stay firm through heat, bumps, and quick turns while allowing full 360° rotation for portrait and landscape viewing.
Deliverables
• Detailed CAD files (STEP or IGES) for each part, ready for injection-mould tooling
• An exploded diagram that clarifies assembly and lists fasteners or inserts
• Recommended materials and finish notes to ensure long-term suction strength and UV stability
Dimensional accuracy is important because I’ll be printing a prototype for fit-check before moving toward production. If you have prior experience with automotive accessories or suction mechanisms, that knowledge will keep iterations to a minimum and help us hit the road faster.
