Māori Voices for Proverbs Video

The video I am finishing uses a series of traditional whakataukī to honour whakapapa and whenua. I have the short script ready and now need it voiced in fluent te reo Māori so every word carries weight. Because the piece is strictly non-commercial, the reading should feel like a private sharing around a whānau fire rather than an advert.
What matters most is emotional range: begin with quiet reverence, move into purposeful strength, and close on a dignified, respectful note. Subtle shifts in pace, breath, and resonance will give the listener space to absorb each proverb’s meaning.
Please record in a quiet environment and supply a clean, broadcast-quality WAV or AIFF. Two takes would be ideal—one continuous pass and another with natural pauses between proverbs to help my editor. A short slate naming each whakataukī is helpful but not essential.
All usage is limited to this single, non-commercial project; so once the file is delivered and approved we are done. I look forward to hearing your voice bring these kupu to life.
