Manufactured Goods QC Inspection – PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection)

I'm looking for a qualified quality-control professional to carry out a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) — a final on-site check of the finished goods, done after production is complete and before the batch is packed for shipment, to confirm everything meets the agreed specifications and is shipment-ready.

Location: factory is located approx. 170 km north of Paris (exact address shared with the confirmed inspector).

Your on-site visit should cover visual workmanship, critical dimensions, functional tests where applicable, packaging, labeling, and overall compliance with the customer's spec sheet. Please document everything with clear photos and short video clips, and record any non-conformities against the AQL levels we'll provide.

You'll be given access to our own inspection app for the visit — please log photos, test results, and checklist entries directly in the app on-site instead of separate paperwork. This speeds up reporting significantly.

Deliverables
- Completed inspection checklist (Excel or PDF)
- Defect summary with AQL calculations
- Photo/video documentation of findings
- Final inspection report — in English (mandatory)

Reporting deadline: final report must be ready by the next morning at the latest after the inspection date. Using our app on-site will get it done faster.
