Manual Text Data Entry

I have a collection of digital text files that must be transcribed manually into a structured spreadsheet. Each file contains clearly labelled fields—names, addresses, dates, and a few free-form notes—that need to be copied exactly as shown, preserving spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.

Process
• Open the supplied digital text files (plain .txt and .docx formats).
• Type each required field into the matching column of the Excel or Google Sheet template I provide.
• Double-check every entry for typos and alignment; no automated tools or scripts are permitted since the job was specified as manual data entry.

Deliverables
1. Completed spreadsheet with every record entered.
2. A quick summary noting any ambiguities or unreadable sections you encounter.

Acceptance Criteria
• 100 % of records transferred.
• Formatting in the sheet matches the template exactly.
• Zero extra spaces or missing characters.

Everything will be shared via Google Drive, and I’m available for questions throughout the task to keep the workflow smooth and accurate.
