I'm looking for a skilled engineer to help to resolve a mechanism solution.
Requirements:
- The mechanism should be sturdy and reliable, designed to hold an MDF frame of 800mm diameter.
- It needs to be manually operated, allowing easy rotation of the artwork. Currently it is fitted with a 12CG Lazy Susan Bearing - Greased (6.330inchx12inchx8mm Round)
- Vertically this is not spinning as effectively as it would if it were horizontal due to the gravitational pull on the alignment of the bearings.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with mechanical design.
- Ability to create durable and functional manual mechanisms.
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
