Manual PDF to Word Transcription

I have several PDF files that combine standard text, numerical tables, and a few scanned pages. Every element needs to be re-typed by hand—no automated OCR. The goal is to deliver clean, editable documents in Word or Google Docs that replicate the original layout as closely as possible.

Text must appear exactly as in the source, while the tables should keep their original column structure, borders, and numerical formatting within the same Word or Docs file. While you type, give the copy a quick proofread so obvious typos or punctuation slips don’t creep in.
