Manual Data Entry to Excel

I need every line of information from a set of printed documents keyed into an Excel workbook by hand. You’ll receive clear scans of the pages and a template sheet that shows the exact column order and basic formatting I want.

Accuracy is far more important than speed. Please match spelling, numbers, dates, and punctuation exactly as they appear, use “N/A” only when a field is truly blank, and keep the records in the same sequence as the originals. A quick double-check of your own work before sending it back will save us both time.

Deliverable
• One Excel (.xlsx) file containing all records, fully populated and ready for me to use.

I’ll spot-check the sheet against the source pages; if everything lines up and the sheet opens cleanly in Microsoft Excel 365, that counts as acceptance. Let me know if you have experience with similar projects or if you use any tricks in Excel (data validation, conditional formatting, etc.) to keep accuracy high—those details help me choose the right person.
