Mandarin Legal Audio Transcription

I need help turning a series of Taiwanese-Mandarin recordings into a precise legal transcript. Every spoken word must appear exactly as heard, including fillers and pauses, and I also need in-line timestamps so the document can be referenced easily in court filings.

Source material: multiple audio files in standard formats (MP3 and WAV).
Purpose: legal documentation, so accuracy and consistency are essential—no paraphrasing.
Delivery: one consolidated, verbatim transcript in PDF. Please embed timestamps at regular, logical intervals (for example, every 30 seconds or at each speaker change) so counsel can jump straight to the relevant audio.

Ideal workflow: you download the files from our secure drive, transcribe in your preferred tool (e.g., Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or similar), proof against the audio, and return the final PDF. A short NDA is required before I release the material.
