Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architect – Sirion CLM to lead solutioning, design, and delivery of enterprise CLM programs, while also shaping the growth and maturity of the CLM practice.This role goes beyond implementation leadership. You will define scalable solution architectures, contribute to presales, and deal shaping, and build repeatable assets, accelerators, and best practices that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines deep CLM expertise, strong Sirion platform knowledge, and architectural thinking with the ability to operate in a client-facing, consulting-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Own end-to-end solution architecture for Sirion CLM implementations
Define architecture across:
Contract models, clause libraries, and templates
Workflow orchestration, approvals, and governance structures
Obligation, compliance, and performance tracking models
Integration architecture with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, CRM, sourcing, etc.)
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards
Translate complex business and legal requirements into robust, implementable solution designs
Implementation Leadership
Provide architectural oversight across all implementation phases: discovery, design, build, test, and deployment
Guide functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with approved architecture
Review configurations, integrations, and customizations for quality and consistency
Proactively identify and mitigate design risks, technical debt, and scalability concerns
Presales & Solutioning
Partner with sales and leadership teams in presales activities, including:
Solution design and approach definition
Client workshops and discovery sessions
Product demonstrations and capability positioning
Effort estimation and solution shaping
Support RFP/RFI responses with clear, differentiated solution narratives
Position Sirion CLM effectively against competing platforms
Practice Development & Innovation
Define and evolve standard implementation approaches, frameworks, and best practices
Develop packaged solutions and offerings for common use cases such as:
Procurement CLM
Sales contracting
Obligation and performance management
Create and maintain accelerators, including:
Pre-built data models and templates
Workflow blueprints
Integration patterns
Migration frameworks
Drive consistency, repeatability, and quality across all engagements
Governance & Quality Assurance
Establish architectural governance standards and review mechanisms
Ensure adherence to best practices across functional and technical delivery
Define guidelines for scalability, performance, security, and compliance
Promote a design-first, outcome-driven delivery approach
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, including Legal, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders
Lead architecture discussions, trade-off decisions, and roadmap planning
Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear and business-friendly manner
Team Enablement & Mentorship
Mentor functional and technical consultants on solution design and best practices
Support capability building within the team on Sirion CLM and broader CLM architecture
Contribute to internal training, knowledge sharing, and practice maturity initiatives
Qualifications
Experience
10+ years of experience in CLM, legal operations, or enterprise application implementations
5+ years of Sirion CLM experience in a senior solutioning or architecture role preferred
Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale CLM implementations
Experience working with global clients and distributed delivery teams
Functional & Architectural Expertise
Deep understanding of:
Contract lifecycle processes across buy-side and sell-side
Clause and template management
Workflow and approval design
Obligation, compliance, and performance tracking
Strong architectural knowledge across:
System integrations and APIs
Sirion Gen AI capabilities
Data models and reporting structures
Security and access control frameworks
Skills
Strong solutioning and problem-solving capability
Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Experience working in a remote, globally distributed delivery model
Strong documentation and structured thinking
Preferred Qualifications
Sirion CLM certifications or formal training
Experience in consulting or system integrator environments
Exposure to regulated industries such as BFSI, Life Sciences, Energy, or Telecom
Experience building reusable assets or leading practice initiatives
