I have an inventory spreadsheet in Excel that’s getting hard to read at a glance because every new entry lands wherever it pleases. What I need is a clean, repeatable way to reorder all rows strictly by the Quantity column, lowest-to-highest (or highest-to-lowest if that proves more practical). The file is under 5,000 rows, uses standard .xlsx formatting, and has no macros at the moment.

The job is straightforward:
• Open the sheet in Excel (Office 365).
• Apply an accurate numerical sort on the entire dataset so each product line keeps its details intact.
• Double-check that no values shift out of alignment during the process.

Once done, send back the updated .xlsx plus a short note on the exact steps you followed so I can repeat them on future uploads. That’s all I need to get my inventory dashboard back on track.
