I’m looking for an organised virtual assistant who can take the finished copy I supply and make sure it reaches the right audience through MailerLite, LinkedIn and our WordPress site.
Email marketing is the immediate priority. You’ll log in to my MailerLite account, drop the written content into the pre-built templates, add any new leads to the correct subscriber groups, then schedule each newsletter so it sends automatically at the dates and times I specify. Accuracy in formatting, links, tagging and list segmentation is essential because the campaigns must go out without a hitch.
Once a newsletter is queued, I also need the same material repurposed for LinkedIn. Using Sales Navigator (or LinkedIn Premium) you’ll post, schedule or message the content to our target list, making sure imagery, hashtags and calls-to-action match the brand voice already established.
Finally, each newsletter must be uploaded to the “News” section of our WordPress site, complete with featured image, categories and SEO-friendly slug. I’ll provide the graphics, copy and preferred keywords; you handle the technical side and hit “publish” or schedule as required.
Deliverables each cycle:
• MailerLite campaign set up with written content, new contacts imported and timed send enabled
• LinkedIn posts or message created and scheduled via Sales Navigator/Premium
• Newsletter article added to WordPress with correct formatting and metadata
I supply every word and asset—your job is implementation. If you already know your way around MailerLite automations, LinkedIn’s scheduling tools and WordPress back-end, this should be straightforward work completed on a regular, recurring basis.
