I need a full-featured Magento site that lets me sell downloadable products—mainly PDF guides and short video courses—without any physical-goods functionality cluttering the catalog. The essential flow is simple: shopper browses, pays, and receives an instant, secure download link.

Core requirements
• Clean, responsive theme installed and lightly branded with my logo and colors
• Product types set to “downloadable” with file upload, versioning, and license-key fields enabled
• Stripe and PayPal payment gateways configured and tested in sandbox and live modes
• Automatic e-mail with expiring download links after successful purchase
• Tax set to “digital goods” rules (EU VAT compliant) and location-based currency switcher
• Basic SEO setup—XML sitemap, friendly URLs, meta tags, and Google Analytics 4 connected
