Machine and Assemble 6061 Pellet Press

I have a complete 28-part pellet-press design ready to go in STEP/IGES format, along with matching 2D drawings. Your task is to machine every component from 6061 aluminium, source all raw stock and fasteners, and deliver a fully assembled, functional prototype.

The drawings call for moderate precision: ±0.1 mm on critical features is sufficient, so a well-equipped CNC mill/lathe shop should be ideal. Surface finish is not cosmetic; it just needs to be smooth enough for the parts to slide and mate without binding. If you foresee any manufacturability concerns while reviewing the files, let me know before cutting metal so we can tweak the model together.

Once machining is complete, I’ll need the device assembled, cycle-tested by hand for smooth motion, and securely packed for shipment. Please include a brief inspection sheet showing key dimensions you checked.
