Tally AMC & Warranty Module

I need my current Tally installation extended so it can handle every stage of Annual Maintenance Contract and warranty life-cycles without leaving the TallyPrime screen.

Core features to build
• Automated AMC reminders that trigger both email and in-app pop-ups based on the next-due date or grace period I set.
• Warranty tracking for each serial-numbered item, with start/end dates, status (active / expired / claimed) and alerting similar to the AMC logic.
• A concise dashboard plus drill-down reports that show revenue due, contracts expiring this week, warranty ageing, and any pending renewals—exportable to Excel or PDF.

Email assets
I do not have any layouts yet, so reusable HTML email templates must be designed and wired into the reminder engine. I will supply the company logo and colour codes.

Technical notes
– I am on the latest TallyPrime, so use TDL or an approved Tally API approach that keeps the core upgrade-safe.
– All new fields should appear in the Stock Item and Voucher screens naturally, with no disruption to existing workflows.
– Configuration options (reminder frequency, grace periods, email credentials) should sit under a dedicated F11/Features menu.

Acceptance criteria
1. End-to-end demo on my sample data showing an AMC about to expire and the system firing the correct alerts.
2. Warranty report accurately lists items filtered by branch and product category.
3. Clean, commented source code and deployment guide so my in-house team can re-install after an upgrade.
