M365 Company Portal + Security + Intune + Defender Integration

My Microsoft 365 tenant is up and running, but the integration is not complete and uses it's complete capacity.

We have approximately 10-15 members in our team. I want this ecosystem working seamlessly so endpoints register automatically, threat signals flow between services in real time, and security policies are centrally enforced. We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 professional for ongoing security and administration support.

Scope of work
Microsoft 365 security administration and security posture review
Microsoft Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access
Microsoft Defender and email security
Intune and endpoint/device security
SharePoint and OneDrive permissions/access security
User onboarding and offboarding
Security alerts and remediation
Ongoing security monitoring
Periodic security review and reporting
Creation of Company Portal and approval workflow to manage deployment of applications remotely

I am based in Pune and prefer someone who can meet onsite if needed, though remote collaboration is fine when practical. Experience with M365, Intune, Security, Defender and Purview dashboards is essential; familiarity with local regulatory implications is a plus.
