Handwritten Paragraph Data Entry

I have several PDFs filled with handwritten, paragraph-style text that I need converted into a clean, digital format. Accuracy is critical because the material will feed directly into a later phase of qualitative data analysis, so every word, line break, and punctuation mark must reflect the original.

You will:
• Read each page of the handwritten PDFs
• Transcribe the text exactly as written into a single Excel or Google Sheets file, keeping the paragraph structure intact (one row per paragraph works well)
• Flag any illegible words with a simple “[[unclear]]” tag so I can review them quickly

No numerical data or tabular layouts are involved—just continuous text. A quick sample of two pages will be requested before we proceed with the full batch so I can confirm formatting and accuracy. Once approved, you can tackle the remainder at your own pace, provided the final file is error-free and ready for my analysis tools.
