I am looking for a creative and experienced graphic designer to design a premium brochure for my project “THE ROOTS – Morangapally • Mominpet.”

I will provide the basic content, master layout plan, project images and reference material.

The brochure should have a premium, elegant, modern and nature-inspired feel, suitable for a luxury plotted development and eco-nature destination.

I am open to the designer's creative ideas regarding the overall visual concept, layout, typography, colours, page structure and presentation.

The final design should look premium, sophisticated, clean and commercially attractive, suitable for both printing and digital sharing.
