Upscale 10 Banner Graphics

I have ten banner graphics saved as low-resolution JPEGs that must be enlarged for a 12-metre-long print run. At that size the files still need to hold a clean 72 DPI, so simple interpolation will not be enough—I’m looking for true detail reconstruction through professional upscaling tools such as Photoshop’s Super Resolution, Topaz Gigapixel, or an equivalent workflow you trust.

What matters most is that all text elements stay razor-sharp, colours remain true to the originals, and the fine illustrative details survive the enlargement without visible artefacts or banding. The source material is pure graphics/illustrations rather than photographs, which should help, but precision is critical because these pieces will be viewed up close on the show floor.

Deliverables (per banner)
• Final flattened file ready for print (TIFF, PSD, or high-quality JPEG—your call) at full 12 m size, 72 DPI
• A down-scaled proof for quick on-screen approval
• Short note on the method or settings used so the printer can replicate results if needed

I need 10 separate banner files.
6 banners are 12m x 1.8m each, and they need to be at least 34,016 x 5,102 px at 72 DPI.
4 banners are 8m x 1.8m each, and they need to be at least 22,677 x 5,102 px at 72 DPI.
The printing company asked for a minimum of 72 DPI at final print size.
