Los Angeles Freelance Field Sales Representative

We are looking for a Los Angeles-based independent freelance field sales representative for a short, fixed-price pilot.

This is a freelance project—not an employment position, salaried role, or remote telemarketing assignment. The freelancer will work independently, control their own schedule and field approach, and use their own transportation and equipment.

The project involves promoting a cloud-based 24/7 virtual receptionist service to local small businesses through face-to-face outreach. The freelancer will approach suitable businesses, briefly present the service, conduct live demonstrations, and identify interested business owners.

Target customers may include locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors, and other small service businesses.

We will provide:

• Product training and demonstration access
• Sales materials and a clear value proposition
• Guidance on the ideal customer profile
• Fast technical support during the pilot
• Additional performance-based commission for paying customers
• Potential follow-on freelance projects for strong results

Pilot deliverables:

• Conduct genuine face-to-face outreach in the Los Angeles area
• Demonstrate the service to interested business owners
• Provide a simple report of businesses visited and outcomes
• Submit details of interested prospects and completed sign-ups

The freelancer must currently be located in or near Los Angeles, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable approaching small-business owners in person.

Experience in field sales, direct sales, SaaS, telecommunications, payment processing, or selling services to tradespeople is preferred.

English flywheel is required. Spanish is a strong advantage.
