Long-Term Video Editor & Social Media Manager for Startup Founder

I’m looking for a long-term video editor to manage my YouTube channel and Instagram Reels. I will provide raw footage, and you’ll transform it into professional, engaging content. My content focuses on startups, entrepreneurship, productivity, AI, business, and my journey building Bookaao.

Responsibilities:

* Edit YouTube videos, Shorts, and Instagram Reels
* Add engaging captions, motion graphics, B-roll, transitions, sound effects, and background music
* Design high-CTR thumbnails with minimal text
* Upload, schedule, and optimize content for YouTube and Instagram
* Maintain a consistent, premium editing style

Requirements:

* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
* Strong storytelling and pacing skills
* Knowledge of YouTube & Instagram algorithms and SEO
* Ability to meet deadlines and communicate regularly
* Long-term availability
