Long-Term Residential Architect Needed -- 3

I have a steady pipeline of residential projects coming up and want to build an ongoing collaboration with a versatile architect rather than sourcing talent for every single job. For each home I’ll provide the site survey, budget parameters, and lifestyle requirements; your role is to turn those into complete architectural packages—from early concept through permit-ready drawings—while navigating local codes and practical build considerations.

We’ll work entirely in digital formats, so fluency with Revit or AutoCAD, plus the ability to share models via BIM 360 or clean DWG exchanges, is essential. I value clear communication and quick video check-ins at key milestones to keep the schedule tight.

Deliverables for each assignment:
• Concept sketches or massing studies
• Refined floor plans, elevations, and sections in CAD/Revit
• Printable PDF drawing set ready for permit submission
• Native project files (RVT/DWG) and any supporting 3D assets
