Long Term Odoo Implementation Expert

I run an AI development company and several of our clients rely on Odoo for their day-to-day operations. I’m looking for an Odoo specialist who can take full ownership of new implementations and provide ongoing support across the complete suite—starting with Sales, Inventory, and Accounting, and extending to any other official Odoo apps a client may request.

Your core task is to set up clean, production-ready instances, migrate or load initial data, fine-tune workflows, and apply minor customisations when a stock feature falls short. Most changes will be light—field additions, report tweaks, small Python snippets, or Studio-level adjustments—yet they need to be done with the same rigour as larger projects.

Typical deliverables:
• A fully configured Odoo environment for the requested modules
• Minor custom code or Studio adjustments merged in Git and documented
• User-ready demo and hand-off documentation
• Ongoing troubleshooting and enhancement as clients’ needs evolve

Experience with common deployment tools (Docker, Odoo.sh, or direct deb/rpm installs), Git version control, and clear client communication will make collaboration smooth.
