I run a cross-border e-commerce business and now need a reliable partner on the ground in Mexico who can continually locate, pre-screen, and recommend local talent for us. Because you already live in the country and work comfortably in Spanish, you understand the nuances of the market far better than anyone I could hire remotely. Your main responsibility will be to keep a steady pipeline of qualified Mexican residents ready for the various positions we open as we grow.
Here is how I see the cooperation working:
• You publish and promote our vacancies on relevant local job boards, social media channels, and any other outlets you trust.
• You conduct the first round of screening—CV review, phone or video interviews, reference checks—and send me a concise shortlist that includes salary expectations and availability.
• You stay in touch with shortlisted candidates until we make a final decision and keep me updated so no strong applicant slips away.
• You gather feedback after hires are made, helping us refine future searches and improve retention.
Acceptance criteria for each role you fill:
– At least three candidates who match the brief and pass your screening.
– A one-page summary for each person covering qualifications, experience, and your evaluation notes.
– A brief weekly progress report so I can track open requisitions at a glance.
The collaboration is ongoing, and I’m open to structuring payments by successful placement, weekly retainer, or milestones—let’s discuss whichever model suits us both. Send a short note outlining your recruiting experience in Mexico and any success stories, and we’ll move the conversation forward.
