Long-term Inhouse-SEO Expert/ Fulfillment Partner — Website SEO + Google Maps

We are an established digital marketing agency with 15+ years of experience, currently expanding a new brand focused specifically on the Spanish-speaking Hispanic business market in the United States.

We are looking for an experienced SEO professional or fulfillment partner to work with us long-term as we scale.

This is **not an entry-level SEO position**, and we are not looking for someone who simply knows how to run audits, install plugins, build reports, or send generic monthly updates.

**We need someone who can rank businesses.**

What We Need:
Ideally, we want one expert who is highly experienced in both:

* Local SEO / Google Maps / Google Business Profile
* Website SEO / Organic Rankings

However, we are open to hiring **two separate specialists** if necessary — one dedicated to organic SEO and another dedicated specifically to Google Maps.

Minimum Requirements:
* **5+ years of proven SEO experience**

Performance Expectations:

Our agency operates with **strict performance guarantees**, so fulfillment and execution are extremely important.

We need to be able to demonstrate **measurable movement within the first 30 days**.

Over the following **60–90 days**, depending on the market and competition, our objective is to achieve meaningful first-page organic rankings and Top 3 Google Map Pack visibility for targeted keywords.

We understand SEO is not magic and every market is different.

However, we are **not looking for an SEO provider who needs 6 months before anything measurable happens.**

We need a partner who understands how to identify the highest-impact opportunities quickly, execute aggressively, and produce measurable progress.

Compensation & Opportunity

Our SEO packages begin at approximately **$997 per client**, with higher packages depending on the campaign. Our Average AOV: is $1997/mo

We are interested in structuring this as a **volume-based partnership**, where compensation can be based on an agreed percentage or fulfillment rate depending on the number of active clients.

The opportunity can become significant.

Our current acquisition system is generating approximately **3–5 booked sales calls per day**, and we are building this side of the agency specifically for long-term scale.

We are not looking for someone to handle two projects and disappear.
