Logo & Identity Kit Refinement

Project title: Refine Logo and Letterhead, Plus Business Card and Logo Files (Word and Print-Ready)

Project description:

I’m looking for an experienced graphic designer to polish my existing logo and letterhead for a training company, and to produce a matching business card and a complete set of logo files.

I’ve already created a first version of the logo and letterhead. I’m not looking for a complete redesign. I want a professional to tighten the work: fix spacing, alignment, proportions, typography and colour consistency, and make everything production-ready. If you see something that should change for the brand to look more credible, tell me and show me why.

Deliverables:

Refined logo
Cleaned up and rebuilt as true vector artwork
Versions: full colour, black, white/reversed, and icon-only (if applicable)
Files: AI or EPS, SVG, PDF (vector), and PNG with transparent background (high-res, plus a smaller size for Word and email)
Letterhead
A4 size
Word template (.docx): logo in the header, correct margins, and fonts that work on a standard Windows/Mac machine
Print-ready PDF
Business card (single-sided)
Print-ready PDF plus editable source file
A Word-compatible version for quick edits if possible
Brand basics (a one-page sheet is fine)
Colour codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK, Pantone if relevant), fonts used, and minimum logo size and clear space

Technical requirements:

All source files included, with layers organised
Only fonts with commercial-use licences, with font names or files supplied
The final work must be original, and I will own full rights on payment
