Job Summary:
Support the strategic direction and performance of the Logistics department by identifying and executing logistics initiatives at the local level. Provide consultation and liaison support to internal and external clients on shipping regulations, import/export requirements, and logistics initiatives in accordance with ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the strategic direction for global logistics and execute local initiatives in accordance with project plans
Provide consultation to Project Management, Sponsors, and CROs to support compliance with export and import regulations and practices
Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with sponsors, project management, couriers, regulatory agencies, and related companies
Plan, coordinate, and provide leadership for complex logistics projects and regulatory logistics activities
Maintain and adhere to standard operating procedures related to logistics, regulations, and training
Monitor current data, trends, regulations, developments, and advances in logistics and regulatory areas of expertise
Work with global counterparts to promote compliance and facilitate global logistics standardization
Develop and implement new or revised processes, practices, policies, and procedures to improve logistics operations
What We Are Looking For:
Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree required
3-4 years relevant experience including 1 year in a leadership capacity. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge of SQL, or Power BI would be a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of international logistics including import/export and commercial regulations and procedures
Thorough knowledge of and current certification in international and domestic air transport regulations
General working knowledge of lab procedures - preferrable with previous experience with clinical trials
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $58,400.00 - $121,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
