Lodgify Messaging Customization

I need an experienced Lodgify user to fine-tune every automated touchpoint in my account. The job covers three specific sequences: guest booking confirmations, pre-arrival instructions, and post-stay follow-ups.

Templates will be provided - in some case you may need to follow the content flow for 1 template and apply it to others in the nurture sequence.

This is purely going in, checking all outgoing comm's and ensuring they are configured correctly, there is not other account setup required.

You'll have full access to the current Lodgify messaging center and a brief on property details and policies. What I expect back:

• Copy updated and mapped to the right trigger in Lodgify
• Placeholders so every reservation pulls the right guest, date, and payment info
• Successful testing for each trigger

No external integrations are needed, so the focus stays entirely within Lodgify. Once everything tests cleanly on my side, the project is complete.
