I have a standard-resolution MP4 clip that briefly shows a moving car, and I need to reveal the license plate clearly enough for identification. The job centres on enlarging the relevant portion of the footage and running a meticulous frame-by-frame analysis to pull out every fragment of visual information you can.

Feel free to lean on your preferred toolset—Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, OpenCV scripts, or any workflow that mixes AI up-scaling with traditional colour-correction—so long as the end result is a crisp, readable plate. Brightness, contrast, noise reduction, motion de-blur: use whatever secondary tweaks the footage demands, but the mandatory piece is that detailed frame inspection and enhancement sequence.

Deliverables:
• An up-scaled or otherwise enhanced video segment where the plate is legible
• At least one high-resolution still image of the clearest frame
• A short note outlining the methods and settings used (helps me replicate if needed)

The project is complete once the characters on the plate can be read without guesswork.
