Project Description

We are looking for an experienced Local SEO Specialist to manage and optimise our Google Business Profile (GBP) and improve our business's visibility in local Google Search results and Google Maps.

The objective is to strengthen local search presence, improve rankings for relevant location-based searches, increase profile engagement, and generate more calls, website visits, and customer enquiries.

Scope of Work
Google Business Profile Optimisation: Review and optimise business information, categories, services, business description, and other profile elements.
Local SEO Strategy: Research relevant local keywords and implement strategies to improve visibility in location-based searches.
Profile Management: Regularly update business information, services, photos, posts, offers, and other relevant profile content.
Google Maps Ranking: Identify opportunities to improve local rankings and visibility for relevant search terms.
Reviews & Reputation Management: Monitor customer reviews and assist with professional responses and review management strategies.
Local Citations: Build, manage, and maintain consistent business listings across relevant local directories.
Competitor Analysis: Analyse competing local businesses and identify opportunities to improve profile performance.
Performance Tracking: Monitor profile views, search visibility, calls, website clicks, direction requests, and other available performance metrics.
Reporting & Continuous Optimisation: Provide regular reports, track progress, and implement ongoing improvements based on performance data.
