Local Marketing Expert for Home Sale

I’m ready to move on from my current home and I need a marketer who knows how to put a property in front of real, qualified local buyers. My main focus is local advertising; I’m less interested in nationwide listing sites and more interested in whatever gets the right eyes on my “For Sale” sign here in town.

I don’t yet know which channels will work best—flyers, newspaper classifieds, community bulletin boards, street-level posters, or something totally different—so I’m counting on your expertise to propose and execute the mix that attracts serious prospects quickly. If social media turns out to be part of that mix, Facebook and Instagram are the two platforms I’m comfortable using.

Here’s what I’ll be looking for:
• A clear local-marketing plan tailored to my neighborhood and price point
• Creation (or guidance on creation) of any print or digital materials needed
• Placement, scheduling, and management of the chosen ads or promotions
• Regular updates on reach, enquiries generated, and next steps
