Local Expert for Construction Takeoff Needed

I am looking for an experienced **Residential Construction Estimator / Material Takeoff Specialist** to complete a detailed material takeoff from a full set of residential construction plans.

I need someone who can carefully review the drawings and provide accurate quantities for the materials required for construction.

The takeoff should include, as applicable:

* Framing lumber
* Floor and roof framing
* Wall, floor, and roof sheathing
* Engineered lumber/LVLs
* Roofing materials
* Drywall
* Exterior siding
* Concrete/foundation materials
* Other major building materials shown on the plans

The final takeoff should be clearly organized by category and include quantities, sizes, lengths, and specifications where applicable. I would prefer the final takeoff in Excel or another clearly organized spreadsheet format.
