Loan Disbursement Site & Admin

The project centres on a streamlined, secure web platform that lets individual borrowers handle every step of a small-ticket loan online, while giving my internal team full oversight from the admin side. The front-end must be responsive so applicants can comfortably use desktop or mobile, and the back-office should feel equally intuitive for staff processing dozens of files a day.

Borrower portal – required modules
• Loan application form with basic KYC upload
• Real-time loan status tracking once a request is submitted
• Clear repayment schedule that updates automatically after disbursement

Admin panel – required modules
• User management (create / edit / suspend borrower accounts)
• Loan approval workflow with status gates (review → approve → disburse)
• Report generation for portfolio health, repayments received, and overdue accounts

I would like clean, RESTful APIs between front-end and back-end to keep things extensible for a future mobile app. Security best practices (encrypted data at rest and in transit, role-based access) are non-negotiable, and the UI should follow standard accessibility guidelines.

Deliverables considered complete when:
1. A borrower can register, submit an application, see live status updates, and view an automatically generated repayment calendar.
2. An admin can log in, approve or reject loans through the workflow, manage users, and export basic PDF/CSV reports.
3. Source code is pushed to a private Git repo with clear setup instructions and minimal dev-ops for deployment on a standard Linux VPS.
