I need a streamlined web portal that lets our customers log in securely and review the complete transaction history attached to each of their active loans. The site’s sole purpose is customer-side account management; no loan-officer or admin interfaces are required right now.
Core scope
• Responsive web app (desktop & mobile)
• Encrypted sign-up / sign-in with password reset
• Dashboard that fetches and displays transaction history, searchable and exportable to PDF or CSV
• Connection to our existing loan database via documented API endpoints
• Basic theming to match our current brand guidelines
Acceptance criteria
1. A new customer can register, verify email, and reach the dashboard.
2. An existing customer can view all transactions for a chosen loan, with correct amounts and dates.
3. All traffic and stored credentials are TLS-protected and hashed using industry standards.
4. Code, documentation, and deployment instructions are handed over in a Git repository.
Preferred stack suggestions are welcome—feel free to propose React, Vue, or a comparable front-end with a lightweight back-end (Node, Django, Laravel, etc.). I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the technical approach and timeline.
