LMS Website & App with Razorpay

I already own WordPress hosting and a domain licence; what I now need is a complete, modern-looking learning platform that lives on that space and mirrors itself inside a companion mobile app.

Here is the scope of what I want built:

• WordPress-based LMS with a clean, minimalist interface, custom logo set and cohesive colour palette.
• Course catalogue, video lessons, downloadable resources and a dedicated “test series” section where timed quizzes can run.
• Razorpay (or any equally reliable gateway you recommend) fully integrated for single sales, bundles and recurring plans, with configurable discount-coupon rules.
• Public blog area sharing the same design language as the main site.
• Student accounts featuring secure login, unique ID creation and behind-the-scenes activity tracking.
• Admin dashboard export that lets me pull user/course data straight into Excel.
• Cloud database or comparable storage so all student activity and results are retained safely.
• Native or hybrid mobile app (Android and iOS) that replicates every web feature—courses, payments, coupons, tests, blog and user profile sync.

I will provide hosting credentials and any copy/text you need. You will handle plugin/theme selection, configuration, custom styling and submission of the finished app to the stores. Please outline your preferred LMS stack, timeline and any prior examples when you bid.
