I’m seeking a skilled sound engineer to take charge of the mixing for an upcoming live-sound situation. The job centres solely on mixing: setting up a clean, balanced front-of-house sound while also keeping stage monitors clear and feedback-free.

You’ll be working with multiple inputs (vocals, instruments, playback tracks and ambience mics), so quick fader moves, EQ tweaks and dynamic control must feel second-nature to you. I’ll supply the full channel list, show notes and any reference tracks you may need ahead of time; you bring your own laptop or console file and the know-how to translate it to the venue’s system on show day.

Deliverables
• A show-ready scene or show file for the venue console (e.g. Midas, Yamaha, Allen & Heath or comparable)
• A concise input patch sheet and monitor mix rundown that the backline crew can follow easily
• On-site (or remote virtual-sound-check) support during line-check and the performance to keep the mix solid from first song to last

Accepted criteria: clean gain structure, clear vocal presence, tight low-end, zero distracting feedback and a happy band on stage.

If live mixing is your comfort zone and you can adapt quickly to whatever console is in front of you, let’s lock in the date.
