A recorded live session running a little over two hours needs to be converted into clear, plain‐style subtitles and a clean text transcript. The audio is generally clear, but it includes natural pauses, audience reactions and the occasional slide-change cue.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind: you download the session (link supplied after award), produce a full transcript first, then shape that text into time-synced subtitle blocks in .srt format. No styling, captions, or on-screen text overlays—just straightforward dialogue broken into readable lines.

Deliverables
• One editable text document containing the full lecture transcript
• One .srt file with accurate in-out timecodes matching the video

Both files should be proofread and ready for direct upload. Feel free to use any transcription tool you prefer—manual polishing is essential so the final result reads naturally and aligns perfectly with the speech.
