10-Minute Realistic 2D Animation

I have a polished script for a 10–12 minute educational video and now need it brought to life as a colourful, yet realistic-style 2D animation. The story centres on a single on-screen character, so the bulk of the work is in expressive character animation rather than juggling multiple figures. I’m fine with backgrounds being reused where possible; consistency matters more than sheer variety.

The video is intended for training purposes to help staff understand how to develop an appropriate care plan for a child in foster care.

Voice-over requirements
• AI voices only: an 11-year-old child and an adult female narrator.
• Clear, correct pronunciation of several brief words in an Aboriginal language (I’ll supply the reference material).
• All dialogue timed precisely to the script.

Sound & pacing
The piece needs dramatic, intense background music that rises and falls with the narrative beats without overpowering the voices. Please mix the track so captions synchronise cleanly.

• Embedded captions (SRT also delivered separately)
• High-quality audio mix with the two AI voice tracks and music
