I need our LinkedIn company page, which operates squarely in the life-science space, to grow from roughly 600 followers to somewhere around 5000.

The emphasis is not on vanity numbers; the new audience must primarily be researchers and scientists or working in laboratories, because they are the people who are genuinely our target audience.

Acceptance criteria
• Follower count lands within 5,000–10,000 and at least 80 % of new followers fit the researcher/scientist/laboratory manager/laboratory technician profile (measured via LinkedIn analytics demographics).
• Engagement rate (reactions, comments, shares) stays equal to or higher than current levels throughout the campaign.
