Linen Womenswear Fashion Designer Needed

I’m building a women’s clothing label that revolves around high-quality linen and a clean, minimalist aesthetic. I’m looking for an experienced fashion designer who can take the lead on the full creative process—from ideation through ready-for-production files.

Here’s what I need help with:

• Designing seasonal capsule collections that stay true to a modern, pared-back look
• Creating accurate technical sketches, spec sheets, and measurement charts suitable for pattern makers and factories
• Sourcing premium linen and complementary trims, presenting fabric swatches and supplier options that meet cost and sustainability targets

You’ll collaborate closely with me on mood boards, color palettes, and fit direction, then translate those ideas into clear tech packs my manufacturer can use without multiple revisions. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or similar tools is a big plus.
