Limousine Booking Emails & Data Entry

My reservation inbox needs constant attention. Your first responsibility will be to watch for new requests and send out “Booking confirmations” through the templates I provide. The moment a ride is confirmed, you will jump into our custom ERP and “Enter new bookings” with complete accuracy.

For every booking the system requires:
• service date and time
• pick-up and drop-off locations
• vehicle type
• flight numbers and any other travel notes

I will give you step-by-step video guidance on both the email workflow and the ERP screens so you can start the same day. What matters most is a sharp eye for detail and the ability to keep all confirmations and entries up-to-the-minute; any typo can send the wrong car to the wrong terminal.

We measure success by:
• zero missed confirmation emails during your shift
• bookings entered within 10 minutes of confirmation
• 100 % field completion and spelling accuracy in the ERP

If you can maintain that standard, this will be steady, ongoing work with room for additional tasks as our fleet expands.
