I’m looking for reliable help with routine administrative work—specifically, preparing and filing legal and compliance documents. On a typical day you’ll take raw information I supply (meeting notes, scanned forms, prior contracts, regulatory templates, etc.), format it into clean, professional-looking Word or PDF files, apply the correct naming conventions, and place everything in the designated folders of our cloud drive so the entire audit trail stays intact.

Accuracy, confidentiality, and an orderly digital filing system matter more to me than speed. You should already be comfortable working in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and a shared drive environment such as Google Drive or SharePoint, and you’ll need to double-check that each document aligns with the latest compliance checklist I provide.

Deliverables I will review daily:
• Finalised, formatted legal/compliance documents saved in both editable and PDF versions
• Logical folder structure with version control and time-stamped filenames
• A brief hand-off note highlighting any pending signatures, missing data, or approaching deadlines
