I need a solid, production-ready LED PCB layout that will sit at the heart of a new general-lighting product. The immediate priority is the board itself: component placement, thermal management, trace sizing for consistent current delivery, and a stack-up that keeps costs sensible while still passing UL/CE safety checks.

The board will eventually mount to a rotating assembly driven through a pancake slip ring and have supporting driver hardware, but those elements can stay in the background for now—design choices simply need to leave space for a 40 mm centre hole and provide clean, low-noise power contacts for the slip ring interface later on.

What I will supply:
• LED model and photometric targets
• Mechanical outline with the slip-ring cut-out
• Input voltage and dimming requirements

What I expect back:
• Schematic and annotated PCB layout files (Altium or KiCad preferred)
• Complete Gerber/ODB++ package ready for fabrication
• Verified BOM with part numbers in current distribution channels
• Brief thermal and voltage-drop analysis showing the board meets lumen and temperature goals

Please include a rough lead time and note any experience you have with circular or high-current LED boards—those examples will help me choose quickly.
