LeadHub Platform Reinforcement Upgrade

LeadHub is already live, delivering basic lead-management functions, but the current codebase needs to be reinforced so it can handle higher traffic, stricter security standards, and faster feature roll-outs. I want an experienced developer to dive into the existing repository, identify weak spots, refactor for stability, and leave the platform in a state where new functionality—such as lead-scoring logic, email automation, or CRM hooks—can be layered on with confidence.

Here is what success looks like for me:

• A concise technical audit that spells out pain points in architecture, security, and performance.
• Refactored, well-documented code pushed to the main branch with unit and integration tests covering critical paths.
• A deployment guide that allows my team to recreate a production-ready environment from scratch (Docker or similar is fine).
• A short hand-off session to walk through improvements and answer questions.

The stack is Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL on the backend, React on the frontend, all hosted on AWS. Please be comfortable working in Git, writing clear commit messages, and communicating progress in short, regular updates.
