I recently published a leadership-development book titled “Leadership Composure:Insightful Strategies for Navigating Your Conflict Style Through Workplace Challenges” and now want to turn its key lessons into a fully online learning experience. The heart of the program will be interactive simulations to include a few author videos. I’m envisioning a series of decision-making exercises that unfold as branching scenarios: learners make a choice, see the consequence, pivot, and gradually discover how composed leaders act under pressure.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Translate each of the book’s existing 10 scenarios that can be delivered inside a modern authoring tool (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, or similar). There are action steps at the end of each chapter.
• Write concise on-screen text, dialogue, and feedback for every decision point so the narrative feels natural and engaging.
• Build the logic and scoring behind the scenes so I can track learner paths and completion once I upload the course to an LMS (SCORM 1.2 or xAPI preferred).
• Supply all source files plus a packaged publish-ready SCORM zip for each module.
Acceptance criteria
– Every scenario offers at least three distinct decision branches and two possible endings.
– Feedback aligns with the leadership behaviors explicitly outlined in the book.
– All assets run smoothly in desktop and mobile browsers without additional plugins.
If you have examples of branching scenarios you’ve built before, share them so I can gauge narrative flow and technical execution. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right creative partner.
