Lead Java Full-Stack Developer Needed (Remote, 8 pm - 2:30 am IST) 8+ years of experiance

We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect/Developer with a minimum of 10+ years in Java, Angular UI, database management, and enterprise application architecture. The role requires strong technical expertise as well as leadership experience to guide development teams and deliver scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end enterprise software architecture for web applications.
- Oversee backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Direct frontend development leveraging Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.
- Design efficient database schemas and optimized data models from business requirements.
- Create architecture documents and technical specifications.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and performance of applications.
- Mentor and guide development teams while establishing engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC (product owners, QA teams, DevOps engineers).

Qualifications:
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in Java stack and Angular UI platform.
- Proven ability to lead development teams in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in designing secure and scalable solutions for enterprise applications.

Additional Details:
- Position is remote but restricted to candidates located in India.
- Working hours are fixed at 8 pm - 2:30 am IST.
- Must have to work remotly like a screensharing.
