I need a reliable partner on the ground in Las Palmas to verify the backgrounds of a small group—no more than five candidates—in the final stage of our hiring process. Each individual must be cleared quickly and discreetly so I can issue formal offers without delay.

At minimum I want confirmation of identity and any criminal records held in Spain; however, if you already have an efficient workflow for adding employment, education or reference checks, let me know what additional time and documentation you require and quote accordingly.

Deliverables
• A separate, signed report for each candidate summarising findings and attaching any supporting certificates or registry extracts
• Clear indication of any red flags and recommended follow-up actions
• Completion within the agreed turnaround time once candidate consent forms are provided

Spanish language skills and familiarity with Canary Islands record offices will be a big advantage. Please outline your methodology, expected timeline, and any local access you can leverage so I can select the best fit quickly.
