Large-Corp QuickBooks Accounting & Tax

I manage the finance function of a large corporation and I’m searching for a certified accountant who can slot straight into our workflow inside QuickBooks. Every month I expect clean, GAAP-compliant balance sheets and income statements delivered no later than the fifth business day. You’ll also handle full bank and credit-card reconciliations so that every transaction ties back perfectly to source documents.

Quarterly tax preparation is the other critical pillar of this engagement. You’ll gather the supporting schedules, flag any anomalies, and prepare the filings so our external CPA can sign off without a hitch. Throughout the process you’ll keep an eye on local regulatory changes and advise if anything we’re doing risks non-compliance.

Key deliverables
• Monthly balance sheet & P&L exported from QuickBooks (with reconciliation reports attached)
• Completed bank and credit-card reconciliations with explanations for any outstanding items
• Quarter-end tax workpapers and draft filings, ready for CPA review
• Ongoing compliance notes or action items when regulations shift
