Job Description:
Support the Knowledge & Learning team in maintaining knowledge base materials and assisting with the coordination and delivery of learning and training activities, while gaining hands-on exposure to knowledge management and learning & development practices.
Assist in developing, organizing, and updating knowledge base materials, manuals, FAQs, and documentation for internal teams and/or customers, under the guidance of the Knowledge & Learning team.
Support reviews of the customer-facing knowledge base to help keep content accurate and up to date with the latest product and service information.
Help prepare materials, logistics, and content for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees.
Help maintain and organize records related to learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS).
Track participation and progress of training initiatives, and help prepare simple summary reports for the team.
Requirements:
Final-year student or recent graduate (any major); currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree.
Available to intern for a minimum of 3 months.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express information clearly and simply.
Interest in knowledge management, learning & development, training, or content creation is a plus.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to help manage multiple small tasks or projects at once.
Collaborative mindset and comfortable working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable to new tools and processes (e.g., LMS, Knowledge Based Tools).
Basic proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
