Wix to Wordpress replication -- 2

The task is to recreate my existing minimalist Wix website in WordPress. I'm reposting this as I'm finally read to move forward with the job.

I am building and finalising the design myself in Wix first. The completed Wix site will be the visual source of truth. This is not a design or redesign job.

The WordPress version should reproduce the Wix site as closely as technically possible, including:

Fonts and typography
Font weights and sizes
Grid, layout and alignment
Spacing and proportions
Colours and hover states
Navigation and page structure
Images and other media
Responsive desktop and mobile layouts

The site is a relatively simple musician/producer portfolio site. There are no complex ecommerce or database requirements.

I'm currently leaning towards a lightweight GeneratePress build for clean markup and performance, but I'm open to another approach if you have a good technical reason for it.

Technical requirements:

The site should remain fully responsive and follow basic technical SEO best practices:
Semantic HTML5
Correct heading hierarchy
Page titles/meta
Sitemap output
No content or design changes are required.
Acceptance criteria

The finished WordPress site will be reviewed side-by-side against the Wix site on desktop and mobile.

Anything visually noticeable should be refined until it closely matches the Wix version.

When bidding, please include:

How you would reproduce the existing Wix design accurately — particularly fonts, colours, spacing and layout.
The WordPress tools/theme/builder you would use and why.
One or two relevant examples where you have recreated an existing design or built a site requiring a high degree of visual fidelity.

I will provide the completed Wix site, screen recording/reference material and WordPress access once we agree on the approach.
