Kitchen & Modern Bathroom Mockups

I’m updating two key areas of my home and need clear, editable layout mockups to guide the builders.

Kitchen comes first. You’ll start from my existing floor plan, photos, and rough measurements, then produce a scaled top-down layout that shows cabinetry runs, appliance positions, work-triangle flow, and lighting points. A quick 3-D perspective that lets me test colour schemes would be helpful, but the priority is an accurate plan I can hand straight to my contractor. Please deliver both a print-ready PDF and the native file—SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or any mainstream equivalent—so minor tweaks can be made on site.

Once the kitchen plan is locked, we’ll shift to the bathroom. This space is minimal: only a toilet and sink, with a clean modern aesthetic. I’d like a similarly detailed floor plan plus one perspective render to verify proportions and fixture placement.

Deliverables
• Kitchen layout: scaled plan (PDF + editable file) and optional 3-D view
• Bathroom layout: scaled plan and one modern-style perspective
• All source files clearly layered and dimensioned
